I've been writing since high school, but I have changed as a story teller since I began all of those years ago. Though I started with cheesy horror stories, I have evolved into a novelist who pulls influences from our own world, myth, and geekdom in general.

I live in Chicago with my wife and two dogs, Lindsey and Leo. When I am not writing or reading, I am usually chasing down a fun, new recipe to try in the kitchen. I think cooking is a refreshing change of pace from the deep focus that writing requies. It doesn't hurt that making delicious things is an incredible feeling. When people enjoy my cooking, it's one of the best things in the world. 

I graduated with an English major from Indiana University Bloomington in 2014 and am a member of the Chicago Writer's Association. I've completed a number of short stories and novels. My debut novel, Curse of Flame, will be releasing in stories at a future date.
